bBox Type is the studio for type development of Ralph du Carrois in Potsdam.
We are designing typefaces and conceptualize corporate type systems for nearly two decades now — with passion, curious & honest with our partners & clients.

„bBox“ beschreibt in der digitalen Schriftgestaltung eine imaginäre, flexible Fläche (bounding Box), deren Abmessungen sich aus dem vertikal bzw. horizontal größten Zeichen ergeben. Die „bBox“ umfasst jede digitale Schrift, ohne diese einzuschränken.

„bBox“ depicts an imaginary and flexible area in digital type design (bounding box). Its dimensions are defined by the vertical and horizontal measurements of the largest glyphs within the font. Though the bBox comprises every digital typeface, it does not limit the typeface.
